About the Community and Practice area
Practicing in company, with feedback loops that are safe for everyone present. The 45 Waypoints are nine areas of formation with five practices in each. They are not scores, levels, classes, or years, and no one is ranked by how many they have walked.
This area is practiced primarily inside the All movements movement of the Six Movements: Attend, Receive, Discern, Respond, Release, Steward, and then fruit over time.
36. Lab Practice
Practicing in a supervised setting.
Journaling prompts: What did I practice this month, and who watched? What did the feedback surface that I could not see?
AI stewardship safeguard: Lab records are consented to by every participant before they are stored.
What is a Convergence Q45 lab? A supervised ninety-minute practice session where impressions are recorded, tested, and reviewed with feedback in real time.
37. Receiving Correction
Taking correction without collapse or defense.
Journaling prompts: How did I react the last time I was corrected? What did I do with it afterward?
AI stewardship safeguard: Correction notes belong to the person corrected, not to the corrector's record.
How should correction be received in prophetic community? Without collapse or defense: written down, considered, acted on where true, and discussed further where unclear.
38. Serving Quietly
Working where no one is watching.
Journaling prompts: What did I do this month that no one will ever know about? Where am I only serving where I am seen?
AI stewardship safeguard: No leaderboards, streaks, or public metrics exist anywhere in the system.
Does Convergence Q45 rank or score participants? No. There are no scores, levels, streaks, or leaderboards. The 45 Waypoints are a learning framework, not a ranking system.
39. Local Church
Belonging to an actual congregation.
Journaling prompts: Where am I planted, and who leads me there? Does my local leadership know what I am practicing?
AI stewardship safeguard: Church affiliation is stored only if the person enters it.
Does prophetic formation require a local church? Convergence Q45 assumes it. Formation happens inside ordinary congregational life and under local pastoral leadership.
40. Teaching Others
Passing on what has been formed.
Journaling prompts: What have I learned that someone newer needs? Am I teaching practice, or only ideas?
AI stewardship safeguard: Teaching materials generated with AI carry a visible source fidelity label.
When is someone ready to teach prophetic practice? When their own record shows sustained practice, honest correction, and stewarded outcomes, and their local leadership agrees.
How to walk this area
Take one waypoint at a time. Write the prompts out longhand or in a private journal entry, answer them in your own words, and lock the entry before doing anything else with it.
AI preserves the record. People discern the word. Every safeguard in this area exists to keep that sentence true in practice, not only in principle.
