Opening and welcome, ten minutes

Your local co-host welcomes the room, states the purpose, explains participation boundaries, and names the venue safety lead.

Reading and story, fifteen minutes

Readings from the birth story, the Caleb chapter, and the section on human dependence.

The Breath Inventory, fifteen minutes

Participants write about an experience, gift, survival, opportunity, or relationship that has preserved something meaningful in them.

The Mountain Map, twenty minutes

Participants identify the mountain, the terrain, the resources already present, and the next faithful movement.

The Rope Team Exercise, fifteen minutes

Each person names the people, expertise, correction, companionship, and practical help required for the climb.

Community conversation and signing, thirty five to forty five minutes

Moderated questions, one local five minute story of breath and mountain, then a staffed signing in a visible area with a clear closing time.

Before You Invite Us

Is this a sermon or a workshop?

It is a book reading and guided workshop with Scripture centered reflection. Your leadership sets the devotional framing, and the author serves the room rather than the pulpit.

What do we need to provide?

An accessible meeting space, a named local coordinator, an on site safety lead, basic audiovisual support, several volunteers, and help sharing the gathering with your community.

Can we sell books?

Yes. Sales are card based with minimal cash handling, managed by your registration and book lead in a visible, staffed signing area.

Is there a waterfront component?

Where water is nearby, an optional Breath by the Water reflection of fifteen to twenty minutes may be held in daylight, in a public maintained setting, with an indoor weather backup.
