Ask what one thing every stream is carrying. If the answer is the same in the clinic, the laboratory, the company, and the classroom, the work is one river.
If different streams carry different sources, that is not breadth. That is drift.

Build channels, not only ideas
Companies, research programs, educational frameworks, digital products, clinical models, and reports are channels. A channel is what lets water reach a region the source will never personally visit.
