The Convergence Quotient 45 Mission

Carry What God Has Placed in Your Hands

Mission begins with faithful attention: seeing people, places, needs, gifts, relationships, and possibilities through the heart of God. Convergence Q45 helps people bring their spiritual gifts, strengths, knowledge, experience, creativity, resources, and relationships into purposeful service.

Equipped in stewardship.

The small key principle

Many small keys open large doors

The small key is the person who discovers that faithful leadership is already available through the gift in their hands. Many small keys, formed and joined together, can open large doors across communities, regions, and nations.

Mission as convergence

The Convergence Builder

Meaningful mission rarely arrives in a straight line. It emerges as several people, gifts, strengths, disciplines, relationships, institutions, and resources converge.

How to use these boxes

Each box is one thing you already carry. Fill in only what is true for you, in your own everyday words, and leave the rest blank. When two or more are filled in, a short plain-language reading appears below showing how they might work together.

What you type stays in this browser, on this device. It is not sent to us, not shown to anyone else, and not used to match or score you. Clear the boxes at any time and nothing remains.

What comes naturally to you and helps others? Describe it in your own words.

Possible contribution

Fill in at least two fields and a plain-language reading of the combination will appear here.

Convergence Q45 is not a clinical care platform, an emergency service, a travel agency, a missionary-sending agency, or an employment service, and it guarantees no placement, funding, safety, spiritual outcome, or community impact. Reflective and prophetic content is offered as an invitation to prayer, wise counsel, preparation, and accountable decision-making.
