CONVERGENCE Q45The Convergence Q45 Mission

For Grand Rounds, Wellness Committees, and Survivorship Programs

The Heart You Study and the Heart That Carries You

A session for clinicians who preserve life for a living and rarely name what preserving costs. Cardiovascular preservation, survivorship, and the honest interior of a demanding vocation.

The offer

What This Gathering Includes

Grand Rounds keynote, forty five to sixty minutes

Cardio-oncology, cardiovascular preservation, digital health and artificial intelligence in pattern discovery, and the human interior of the physician scientist.

Clinician renewal session, ninety minutes

The full Shared Mountain format adapted for clinical teams, including the Rope Team Exercise for departments and service lines.

Fellowship and trainee seminar, sixty minutes

Career formation, mentorship, scholarship, and the translation of discovery into systems that carry care.

Survivorship community evening

A public facing gathering for patients, survivors, caregivers, and staff, with careful boundaries around individual clinical advice.

Why now

What This Answers for Clinicians and Health Systems

Wellness programming that avoids the real subject

This session speaks plainly about competence concealing loneliness, blind spots inside deep focus, and the language of saving lives that medicine hands to every physician.

Survivorship care still fragmented

Cardiovascular preservation across cancer survivorship depends on prevention, equitable access, and long term follow through rather than a single consultation.

Trainees taught technique without formation

The session offers a vocabulary for calling, limitation, repair, and the mentors and truth tellers required to sustain a long career.

What You Can Expect

  • Cardiologist, cardio-oncologist, and physician scientist
  • Health content is general education, never individual clinical care
  • Formats available for faculty, fellows, nursing, and mixed audiences
  • Virtual and remote delivery available for distributed systems

Questions asked most often

Before You Invite Us

Is this a clinical lecture or a reflective session?

Either. The Grand Rounds format is clinical and evidence anchored. The renewal session is reflective and workshop based. Many institutions schedule both in one visit.

Can patients attend?

Yes, in the survivorship community evening. Individual medical questions are handled as general education, with clinical care directed to the patient's own team.

Do you deliver virtually?

Yes. Virtual and remote delivery is available and is often the fastest way to reach multiple sites in one system.

Is continuing education credit available?

Credit is arranged by the hosting institution through its own accreditation process. Objectives and materials are supplied to support that application.
